1. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to Dexiway marketplace.
• "Author" refers to any registered user who submits content for sale.
• "Content" refers to any digital product submitted by an Author.
• "Customer" refers to any user who purchases content from the Platform.
• "Commission" refers to the percentage retained by the Platform from each sale.

2. Account Registration

To become an Author, you must:

• Register with accurate and complete information
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Provide valid payment information for receiving earnings

3. Content Submission

By submitting content, you agree that:

• All content is 100% original and created by you
• Content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Content is free from viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Content meets our quality standards and guidelines
• You have the right to distribute the content

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights to your submitted content. However, by submitting content:

• You grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide license to distribute your content
• You allow the Platform to use your content for marketing and promotional purposes
• You warrant that you own all necessary rights to the content
• You agree to indemnify the Platform against any IP infringement claims

5. Pricing & Commissions

You set the price for your content, subject to Platform minimum and maximum price limits.

6. Payments

• Payments are processed monthly on the 1st of each month
• Minimum withdrawal amount: $50
• Earnings are held for 30 days to cover refunds and chargebacks
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your earnings
• The Platform is not responsible for payment processor fees

All content must meet our quality standards:

As an Author, you are expected to provide:

• Basic installation and setup support
• Response to support requests within 72 hours
• Clarification on how to use your content
• Bug fixes for critical issues
• Updates for compatibility issues

9. Termination

The Platform may terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms and conditions
• Submit infringing or illegal content
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Fail to provide adequate support
• Receive multiple customer complaints

Upon termination:

• Your content will be removed from the Platform
• Pending earnings may be withheld
• You will be paid any outstanding earnings after 60 days
• Existing customer licenses remain valid

10. Liability

• The Platform is not liable for any damages caused by your content
• You are responsible for backing up your content
• The Platform makes no warranties about sales volume
• You agree to indemnify the Platform against any claims
• Maximum liability is limited to your earnings from the Platform
