Apakonics was managing client communication across email, WhatsApp and spreadsheets — losing track of approvals, missing follow-ups, and unable to give clients a real view of project progress. They also lacked a proper marketing website to showcase their portfolio and attract new leads. The firm needed a unified platform that would handle both public-facing marketing and secure client-facing operations in one cohesive system.

Client Portal

Secure login, dashboard with active projects, outstanding balance, unread messages, upcoming milestones, threaded messaging with attachments, and invoice management.

Admin Dashboard

Centralised internal tooling with content management, sales pipeline, client management, RBAC permission editor, settings management, email templates, media library, and audit logging.

Marketing Site

Public-facing website with hero slides, about, services, portfolio, team, equipment, contact, blog with categories/tags/comments, newsletter double-opt-in, and SEO infrastructure.

RBAC System

Granular access control with multiple permission levels across different administrative roles.

Consultation Booking

Online consultation request flow with admin calendar view, automated notifications, and pipeline integration.

The Outcome

Results achieved

12-phase rollout delivered on time. 100% of client interactions now flow through the portal. Approval cycles reduced from 9 days to 3 days. Payment collection time cut by 60%.
