The Skills Atelier was managing workshop registrations, volunteer applications, and consultation requests across multiple channels — email, phone calls, and paper forms. They had no centralised system to track engagement, manage content, or communicate with stakeholders. This made it difficult to measure impact, follow up with interested participants, and maintain an organised record of their programmes and partners.

Build a two-surface platform: (1) public-facing website with dynamic homepage, workshop programmes, registration/consultation forms, about page, volunteer information, partners showcase, blog, and contact functionality; (2) secure admin dashboard with content management, consultation booking management, volunteer application tracking, blog CRUD operations, and data export capabilities.

Online consultation request system with calendar view, status management (new, scheduled, completed), and CSV export for reporting.

Full content management system with article creation, editing, and publishing — accessible through the admin dashboard.

Volunteer Management

Online volunteer application forms with admin dashboard for tracking, reviewing, and managing applications.

Admin Dashboard

Centralised content management with secure authentication, consultation and volunteer tracking, blog CRUD operations, and data export functionality.

Media Management

Home page carousel management and media gallery for showcasing organisational activities.

Partner Showcase

Dedicated section to display organisational partners and collaborators.

Contact & Engagement

Contact forms, consultation requests, and volunteer applications with automated notifications.

The Outcome

Results achieved

11-page responsive website delivered with full CMS capabilities. Consultation booking system now centralises all requests in one place. Blog allows timely content publishing without developer intervention. Volunteer applications are tracked and managed through the dashboard. The organisation now has a professional digital presence that reflects its mission.
