Stellar Support Services was managing clients, tasks, invoices, and communication across multiple disconnected tools — spreadsheets for client tracking, email for communication, separate invoicing software, and manual time tracking. This fragmented approach led to missed follow-ups, billing errors, and poor visibility into business operations. They needed a unified platform to streamline operations and provide clients with transparency into their services.

Build a dual-interface platform: (1) administrative dashboard with client management, task management with Kanban board, invoice generation and payment tracking, document management, messaging center, comprehensive reporting, system settings, user management with role-based access, content management, and calendar scheduling; (2) client portal with task submission and tracking, invoice viewing, document access, messaging, hours usage monitoring, and profile management.
